OIS, in conjunction with Marvel Contracting, will be receiving, warehousing, logistically coordinating and then installing, the entire FF&E Program for the new Marriott Meta Hotal at the Javits Center in Hudson Yards. FF&E Program includes receiving owner-supplied goods of Furniture, Mattresses, Lamps, Safes, Appliances, etc. for all rooms & Suites in the 55-story building. Logistics coordination includes vendor supply from Vietnam, China, Malaysia and the U.S.. Completion is 2027.
