Mr. Yuan was born in Taiwan and emigrated to the U.S. in 1968. A graduate of NYU with a degree in Business Administration, he is the President of Pride Products Company based in New Jersey. Joseph is a 3rd generation Expert in Global Manufacturing & Logistics.  

The Yuan family have worked with Ms. Montiel for many years and established the International relationships for OIS.

Mr. Chan is a graduate of Columbia University (BA in Economics & MBA-Finance). He provides financial expertise & advice for OIS as well as running Operations Management. He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in structuring, M&A, and raising debt & equity capital; in addition, strong operational background as CFO with an emphasis on financial reporting & internal controls.

Mr. Chan has worked with the Yuan family for decades, including to help foster & maintain the International relationships with OIS.

Ms. Reavis is a graduate of Smith College (B.A.), University of Lund, Sweden, and the University of Chicago Law School (J.D). She is the founding partner of Reavis.Page.Jump, LLP Law Firm in Manhattan, and her expertise is in the areas of Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Employment/Labor law practice.

Mr. Aikens is a Professional Expert in Global Manufacturing & Sourcing for over 3 decades - in 12 countries and throughout the United States. This paralleled his role as a Sr. Management Executive with 36 years in the Commercial Construction and Hospitality industries, 12 years of which were with the StructureTone Organization in 4 states on the East Coast. Including major Hotel projects for: St Regis, The Plaza, Waldorf~Astoria, Omni Berkshire, The Pierre, The Carlyle, Marriott, InterContinental Hotels Group, to name only a few. His advisory Expertise at OIS is in International Business, Technical & Engineering disciplines as well as Organizational Management.  His tremendous depth and expertise on the "CM side of the project" makes the cross-coordination of all OIS projects invaluable to a seamless process amongst many other diciplines and details.

He created and manages a Shanghai Headquarters in conjunction with 3 other offices in Asia, and has travelled throughout Asia over 40 times. 

Mr. Aikens holds two degrees in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and Master's Degrees from MIT (MBA) and Harvard University

Mr. Nardella is a graduate of Iona College with a degree in Business. He handles East Coast Marketing for OIS. His career spanned over 37 years as an Account Executive in the Commercial Construction Industry for the StructureTone Organization.

Some of his portfolio accounts included; The Ritz-Carlton Central Park, JPMorgan Chase, Sheraton New York Times Square, the Soros Fund Management account, Bain & Company, Vinson & Elkins LLP, Marsh McClennan.

A Brooklyn-born native, Mr. Gigante is a graduate of CUNY with a degree in Business. He is a Sr. Sales Executive for Corporate Events / TV & Film Creative services. Speaking of creative, Mr. Gigante is a podcast Producer & Studio owner for Podcast SCV in Los Angeles with over 10,000 followers. He handles West Coast Marketing & Client Relations interface for OIS.

Mr. Gilsanz is a dual-degree graduate of MIT, Licensed Professional Engineer, and founding partner of Gilsanz Murray Steficek LLP ("GMS"). GMS is a highly reputable Structural Engineering firm headquartered in New York, with regional offices in the United States.

GMS handles all Engineering practices when required for OIS projects.
