OIS has been selected to perform the custom work for the Mock-Up Rooms & Suites Program for the upcoming renovation of the spectacular, High-End Luxury Mandarin Oriental Hotel at the Time Warner Center (Deutsche Bank Center) in One Columbus Circle. This work scope includes complete room fit-outs of custom Woodwork, Architectural Metal & Glass, Fabric Paneling, Leather Work, Custom Hardware and Fire-Rated Entry Doors. Completion Date – Spring ‘26
